Cookie Policy
There are three cookies on this site in total, and two of them only appear if you ask for them. Last updated 14 August 2026.
The short version
Nothing from Google, and nothing that tracks you, loads on this site until you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you press Reject, or simply ignore it, no analytics are loaded at all. Nothing is loaded and then blocked, because the request is never made in the first place.
We use no advertising cookies, no social media pixels, no heatmap or session recording tools, and no third-party fonts or scripts. The typefaces are served from our own server, which is why there is no cookie from a font provider.

Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in the tel_cookie_consent cookie for twelve months. To change it, delete that cookie in your browser settings and reload any page on this site. The banner will appear again and you can choose differently.
Deleting cookies is done from the privacy or site data section of your browser settings. Every current browser lets you delete cookies for a single site without affecting others.
Blocking cookies entirely
You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work and you can still read everything. The enquiry form, however, needs the session cookie to protect itself against cross-site request forgery, so if you block all cookies the form will reject your submission. If that happens, call us on 07881 624 637 instead.
The Google Maps embed
The contact page includes a Google Maps embed showing where our unit is. Google may set cookies on maps.google.com when that map loads. If you would rather it did not, block third-party cookies in your browser or avoid that page. Our full address is written out in the footer of every page as text.
